Pelton Turbines
Machines designed for low to medium flow rates (0.02-2 m3/s) and medium to high jumps (25-1200 m).
Turbine case:
we make the structural case for the turbine in four different ways:
- Monolithic structure: very compact and robust
- Composite structure: on medium to large vertical machines or horizontal machines
- Rectangular manifold structure: on systems with low pressures
- Stainless steel construction: for drinking water systems
Injectors:
we perform two different types of injectors:
- Free passage: with external adjusting rod holder
- With internal radius: for large machines
Injector drivers:
we offer 3 different types of drives:
- Oleodynamic with spring closing
- Oleodynamic double-acting hydraulics in the flow
- Electrical 24 Vdc
Pelton Wheel:
Using the most modern technology available, we are able to produce the impellers of Pelton turbines in three different designs:
- Composite: blades are individually machined and then welded onto the support hub
- With mechanical coupling: the blades are machined individually and through a special mechanical coupling are fixed to the support discs
- Solid-cast wheel: the entire impeller is machined from a single block of materia
Depressurised exhaust:
We can offer a depressurised exhaust system that allows the hydraulic jump downstream of the turbine to be utilised.
