Turbine case:

we make the structural case for the turbine in four different ways:

  • Monolithic structure: very compact and robust
  • Composite structure: on medium to large vertical machines or horizontal machines
  • Rectangular manifold structure: on systems with low pressures
  • Stainless steel construction: for drinking water systems

Injectors:

we perform two different types of injectors:

  • Free passage: with external adjusting rod holder
  • With internal radius: for large machines

Injector drivers:

we offer 3 different types of drives:

  • Oleodynamic with spring closing
  • Oleodynamic double-acting hydraulics in the flow
  • Electrical 24 Vdc

Pelton Wheel:

Using the most modern technology available, we are able to produce the impellers of Pelton turbines in three different designs:

  • Composite: blades are individually machined and then welded onto the support hub
  • With mechanical coupling: the blades are machined individually and through a special mechanical coupling are fixed to the support discs
  • Solid-cast wheel: the entire impeller is machined from a single block of materia

Depressurised exhaust:

We can offer a depressurised exhaust system that allows the hydraulic jump downstream of the turbine to be utilised.
